I like this picture because it shows lots of different healthy body types. Some of these models may seem skinnier than the others, but thats just because they have smaller bones and a different body type. People think that to be skinny you have to look a certain way. This is not true! You should aim for healthy and dont worry about how you look so much. As long as you are eating and exercising right, you will look gorgeous!

Kaya Scodelario is one of those people I love because she maintains a healthy weight. You can tell she looks really healthy, not too skinny and not too big. Plus, she’s beautiful!

How much should you weigh?

So according to my body fat, I am 25% body fat which is sooo close to fitness. So i know for sure I need to lose a couple of pounds. But I cant not weigh any less than 118 pounds. How do I know this? First off you need to calculate how much you weigh without fat. To do that you follow this equation:

Your current body weight X (your percentage of fat/100) = x amount of pounds.
Then take your current body weight minus those x amount of pounds and that is how much you weigh with no fat.

For example: someone who weighs 143 lbs and has 25% fat…

143 X (25/100) = 35.75
143-35.75= 107.25 = weight with no fat.

Now you cant have no fat, your body will not function properly! You need to have at least 10% fat of your body weight. So..

(10/100) X 107.25 = 10.725
Now that needs to be added to my weight (10.725+107.25=117.95) Meaning I have to weigh at least 118 pounds and no less. But this kind of weight doesnt look so good, it looks too skinny, so its best really to have 14-24% of fat for the healthiest looking body. So for me, I am aiming to weigh 130 lbs which would be very good for me!
