Jennifer Lawrence: fitness inspiration
So for some unknown reason I am depressed. Usually depression is brought on by a lot of things, but I cant think of anything and its killing me. I hate feeling this way, and I learned about depression and how to get rid of it, but I can’t think of anything at all at the moment. Does anyone have any suggestions on what to do?
Make a blog! Not even kidding! Just having a blog dedicated to losing weight healthily will help you because you will end up posting pictures of healthy things that will stay in your mind and you’ll start to think of being healthy and eating and living healthy and you’ll start exercising more and eventually lose weight. Knowing that what you do helps others and that other people are on the same path as you, is really helpful and motivates you to continue! That’s what happened with me at least! :)
When did being skinny become such a big deal? It used to be that people wanted to be healthy, and as long as their bmi was in a healthy range, thats all that mattered to them, and they didnt care so much about skinny legs or flat tummies unless if their job demanded it (like dancers and gymnasts). When did it turn into everyone feeling the need to be skinny? I see skinny tiny people all the time complaining and I can’t help but thinking they look fine and if anything they could gain weight. I mean, wasnt the main reason of losing weight to be healthy? So when and how did it all change? Its sad really
