This explains sooo much!

To all the people who do this, this is probably the WORST way for someone to lose weight. When you stop eating, your metabolism slows down like crazy! Your body goes into starvation mode and you end up saving every fat you’ve got. If you stop eating completely, your body won’t lose weight right away, it takes at least 3 months for something to appear different! That’s 3 months of no food, being ridiculously weak, being a bad mood, and being overall unhealhty and depressed! And after those 3 months, you’ll end up losing like 10 pounds, maybe 20 pounds maximum.
Well in those 3 months, you can lose way more weight by exercising a lot and eating healthy. And in those 3 months of losing weight the healthy way, you would be happy, in a good mood (because you’ll be eating and exercising thus releasing endorphins and GABA neurotransmitters to the brain which make you happy), and you would be losing weight.
So basically you can do two things to lose weight quickly:
Option A) barely eating anything for 3 months and being depressed and weak the whole time and losing AT MOST 20 pounds
or…
Option B) eating a little less and eating healthy foods while exercising a lot thus becoming happy, healthy, strong, and losing AT LEAST 20 pounds
Your choice….

Next time you think of eating something with fat, just take a look at this picture. Once you see the disgusting fat, you’ll be soo grossed out you’ll end up eating vegetables or fruit!
