This is true! If you eat the true bread, you are getting less calories and your body uses up most of it for actual nutrition and doesnt perceive it as fat, so basically you lose those calories. Also actual bread (especially wheat) is very healthy for your brain.
Same goes for cheese, real cheese and not processed crap, has less calories and it your body digests it healthily and uses it for nutrition and doesnt store it away as fat!
And a bonus is that the real food, tastes a WHOLE lot better :)
We should all learn from Over The Hedge to eat to live instead of live to eat :P
Next time you think of eating something with fat, just take a look at this picture. Once you see the disgusting fat, you’ll be soo grossed out you’ll end up eating vegetables or fruit!
I like this picture because it shows lots of different healthy body types. Some of these models may seem skinnier than the others, but thats just because they have smaller bones and a different body type. People think that to be skinny you have to look a certain way. This is not true! You should aim for healthy and dont worry about how you look so much. As long as you are eating and exercising right, you will look gorgeous!
What I eat
I try to eat at least 1200 calories everyday and no more than 1400 because my body naturally burns 1772 calories everyday, and to lose weight you need to eat 500-1000 calories less than that. I can’t go lower than 1200 because no one should because its very unhealthy :P
What I ate today:
Breakfast: 1 apple - 88 calories
Snack: 15 m&m peanuts - 150 calories
lunch: pita bread and hummus - 300 calories
snack: apple again - 88 calories ( i love apples)
dinner: 3 tbsp wheat rice (100 cals), 3 tbsp salad (60 cals), some steak (200 cals) - 360 cals
1 stick gum - 10 calories
dessert: 1 small cheesecake - 300 calories
Total: 1296 calories!
Exercise: 30 minutes dancing = burned 193
