A Fun way to EXERCISE:
JUST DANCE!!!! Seriously, just dance, the game, it really works! I recently got Just Dance and was doubtful that it would do anything, but if you try to copy their exact moves and play at least 5 songs a day, you will see results. I currently have Just Dance Summer Party, and I love dancing to the song Pon De Replay because I try to copy the dancers exact moves, and a lot of her moves target my abs, thighs, and arms; in other words, its pretty much a full body workout. Even if you dont have the game Just Dance, JUST DANCE! There’s a reason why dancers are always so fit! :)
