A Fun way to EXERCISE:

JUST DANCE!!!! Seriously, just dance, the game, it really works! I recently got Just Dance and was doubtful that it would do anything, but if you try to copy their exact moves and play at least 5 songs a day, you will see results. I currently have Just Dance Summer Party, and I love dancing to the song Pon De Replay because I try to copy the dancers exact moves, and a lot of her moves target my abs, thighs, and arms; in other words, its pretty much a full body workout. Even if you dont have the game Just Dance, JUST DANCE! There’s a reason why dancers are always so fit! :)

Dancing…

is a fun way to exercise! You can burn up to 300 calories dancing for 30 minutes (vigorous dancing of course where you end up sweating). It’s also great because you can dance anywhere at any time of the day. You can even play just dance and that’s exercising if you end up sweating! Sweating is good btw! I know some people hate it because it feels gross, but that gross stuff is actually the fat leaving your body! So whenever you hear an awesome tune, pretend your a dancer in a music video and bust a move! Dance away the weight! And if you don’t care about losing weight, dance for a healthier heart and healthier body!
