Seriously, just dance, the game, it really works! I recently got Just Dance and was doubtful that it would do anything, but if you try to copy their exact moves and play at least 5 songs a day, you will see results. I currently have Just Dance Summer Party, and I love dancing to the song Pon De Replay because I try to copy the dancers exact moves, and a lot of her moves target my abs, thighs, and arms; in other words, its pretty much a full body workout. Even if you dont have the game Just Dance, JUST DANCE! Here is a quick way to get rid of that in 2 days:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Step 1) &lt;strong&gt;WATER: &lt;/strong&gt;Drink around 10 cups of water everyday for the next two days so your body can flush out all the toxins and extra water weight and so your bowels can start working to get rid of all the nasty junk you ate&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Step 2) &lt;strong&gt;AVOID ALL JUNK FOOD AND FATTY FOODS:&lt;/strong&gt; avoid them like they&amp;#8217;re someone you hate. Stay away!!!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Step 3) &lt;strong&gt;EAT LITTLE:&lt;/strong&gt; Try eating 5 meals a day, and each of those meals should be small and consist of low calorie foods!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Step 4) &lt;strong&gt;RUN: &lt;/strong&gt;run for 30 minutes for the next 2 days so that you will have a quicker metabolism that can help get rid of the extra fat you packed on&lt;/p&gt;
