Around Thanksgiving break every year, people forget to watch what they’re eating, and as a result they end up packing on 10 extra lbs. Here is a quick way to get rid of that in 2 days:
Step 1) WATER: Drink around 10 cups of water everyday for the next two days so your body can flush out all the toxins and extra water weight and so your bowels can start working to get rid of all the nasty junk you ate
Step 2) AVOID ALL JUNK FOOD AND FATTY FOODS: avoid them like they’re someone you hate. Stay away!!!
Step 3) EAT LITTLE: Try eating 5 meals a day, and each of those meals should be small and consist of low calorie foods!
Step 4) RUN: run for 30 minutes for the next 2 days so that you will have a quicker metabolism that can help get rid of the extra fat you packed on
