Fruit instead of candy & cake
In an attempt to be completely healthy, I am trying to eat fruit whenever I crave candy or sweets. So to do this, I have substituted each sweet with a fruit (that may sound sad…and maybe it is a little, but whatever, it works).

Binging and me
