Depression
So for some unknown reason I am depressed. Usually depression is brought on by a lot of things, but I cant think of anything and its killing me. I hate feeling this way, and I learned about depression and how to get rid of it, but I can’t think of anything at all at the moment. Does anyone have any suggestions on what to do?

I am down to 133 pounds!!!!!!!!!! WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!! For those of you who dont know, I started my weight loss journey around 2 months ago. I was 150 lbs then, and now I am down to 135!!!! What I did was I exercised at least 30 mins everyday (has to be moderate exercise, not lazy exercising) and I ate around 1200 calories. That sounds like a little bit, but really it isnt. When did being skinny become such a big deal? It used to be that people wanted to be healthy, and as long as their bmi was in a healthy range, thats all that mattered to them, and they didnt care so much about skinny legs or flat tummies unless if their job demanded it (like dancers and gymnasts). Does it bug anyone that there’s no average sized models? Like there are no size 6 models, even size 4 is a little rare now, but theres no size 6 or 8 models which is the most average size. Most models are either 0-2 or 10 and up, there’s no in between. It really bugs me :/

Weight Loss Update
So I started my weight loss journey I think a month ago at 150 lbs, and I have reached my goal of 135 which is ideal for my body shape and size, and I feel GREAT!!!! I will post pics up soon but I thought I would tell you guys exactly what I did.
